Spring Pasta Salad from Kara

Pasta

Vegetables
Diced cucumber
Diced green Pepper
Diced carrots
Diced medium onion
Tomatoes

Dressing
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c vinegar (can also use white wine vinegar)
3/4 c oil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 t parsley flakes
celery seed (optional)
