1st layer...graham crackers
2nd layer...sugar free vanilla pudding mix prepared with 8oz low fat cream cheese blended together
3rd layer...1 can of drained crushed pineapple
4th layer...reg. size tub of low fat whipped cream
5th layer...sliced strawberries
You can also sprinkle chopped nuts or chocolate chips on top if you wish:)
