2 cups chicken, cooked, torn (I used 2 cans of canned chicken) 1 cup shredded swiss cheese 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots 4 TB green onions, chopped 1/2 cup mayo 2 TB sweet pickle relish 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Mix all together. Serve in Pita Pockets.
